Delivery and Packing Charges

 

Please note that all orders are delivered by Royal Mail.

UK                                        

First item, signed for first class £3.95, £4.50 for up to 3 items.

Eire                                                

First item standard international £3.50, £5.85 for up to 3 items, no tracking information, proof of postage only.  International tracked and signed service £9.80 for the first item, £10.20 for up to 3 items.

US  & Canada                                

First item standard international £4.50, £6.50 for up to 3 items, no tracking information, proof of postage only . International tracked and signed service £10.75 for the first item, £11.80 for up to 3 items.

Australia & Elsewhere                    

First item standard international £4.50, £7.55 for up to 3 items, no tracking information, proof of postage only. International tracked and signed service £10.60 for the first item, £12.45 for up to 3 items.

Europe                                                

First item standard international £3.50, £4.75 for up to 3 items, no tracking information, proof of postage only. International tracked and signed service £9.65 for the first item, £10.20 for up to 3 items.

 

Please be advised that during busier periods such as sale or Christmas and bank holidays, some parcels may take slightly longer to be delivered.

Orders generally despatched day after order is received.

The recipient may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country and is payable by the customer.

Overseas orders are sent by airmail. Approximate delivery times are:

  • Eire 10 days
  • Europe 10 days
  • USA/Canada 14 days
  • Australia/Elsewhere 14 days

 

OVERSEAS ORDERS

We accept orders for delivery to most parts of the world. Posting and packing charges are adjusted by selection when entering details of the delivery country at the checkout.

Overseas orders sent via Royal Mail International Signed For. This means that parcels will need to be signed for by someone at the delivery address. For this reason, we cannot send parcels to PO Boxes.

The recipient may have to pay additional customs or VAT charges in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the rules of the country the order is sent to.

OVERSEAS RETURNS

Unfortunately, any parcels returned from an international address will be at your own cost. As stated above, we also recommend a free receipt of postage be obtained when returning orders from overseas as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please advise the order number and the reason for the return. Once the form is complete, carefully seal the package and attach the shipping form that was also included with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.

All orders can be returned within 28 days.

Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping charges will be payable by the sender.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email to hello@zarbiz.co.uk We will see what is still possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to hello@zarbiz.co.uk and we will contact the shipping company.
